Install the Sendlore Chrome extension to save the current page, links, and selected text from supported websites. Extraction and capture results vary by source.

How the Sendlore Chrome Extension Works

Setup process

Start saving in four steps

Install the extension, connect it to your account, capture useful information, and continue working with it inside Sendlore.

  1. Install the extension

    Add Sendlore from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to the browser toolbar for quick access.

  2. Connect your account

    Sign in to Sendlore, open the extension options, and connect it using the available account settings.

  3. Save what matters

    Save the current page, a linked page, or selected text. Add an optional note when context is useful.

  4. Find it in Sendlore

    Open the web app to review, organize, search, and revisit the saved source.

Connect the extension

  1. Install Sendlore from the Chrome Web Store. Pin it to your browser toolbar if you want quicker access.
  2. Open the extension and choose Create a free account or I already have an account. Sign in to the Sendlore web app.
  3. On the Sendlore connection page, choose Save only or Save and edit my library as available, then create and copy a connection key.
  4. Return to the extension’s Options, paste the key into Connection key and select Save & test. Keep this key private.

Ways to save

  • Current page: Open the Sendlore popup, optionally explain why it matters, and choose Save to Sendlore.
  • Linked page: Right-click a link and use the Sendlore save action.
  • Highlighted text: Select text and use the Sendlore context-menu save action, when supported on that page.
  • Keyboard: The suggested shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+S on Windows/Linux or Command+Shift+S on Mac. You can review assignments at chrome://extensions/shortcuts; another extension may already use the shortcut.

What the extension sends

A save includes its source URL, title and any optional note or selection. Where Chrome permits it, the extension can also collect visible page text at the moment you save. You can disable Include the page’s text when I save in Options. Content extraction and enrichment vary by source.

Check results and troubleshoot

  • Not connected or unauthorized: Open Options, check or replace your connection key, and run Save & test.
  • Save fails or times out: Check your internet connection, wait briefly and retry. If the extension reports an earlier save completed, check Sendlore before submitting a duplicate.
  • No toolbar icon: Open Chrome’s Extensions menu and pin Sendlore.
  • Shortcut does not work: Check chrome://extensions/shortcuts for conflicts.
  • Missing extracted text: Some pages block browser access or provider extraction. The link may still be saved with limited detail.
