Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
Last Updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sendlore, including the Sendlore web application, browser extension, websites, and related features and services (collectively, the “Service”). Sendlore is operated by Nero Niche LLC (“Nero Niche,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information and is incorporated into your use of the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use the Service in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Accounts and Security
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to us.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at [email protected].
3. The Service
Sendlore is designed to help you save, organize, search, and work with links, webpages, social media content, videos, images, notes, screenshots, files, transcripts, extracted text, and related research material that you choose to submit or capture.
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature, integration, source, or item of third-party content will remain available indefinitely.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content that you create and submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and provide the features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to save, upload, submit, or process Your Content. Do not use Sendlore to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
Saving a link, excerpt, preview, transcript, image, or other third-party material in Sendlore does not transfer ownership of that material to you or to Nero Niche.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Upload, distribute, or facilitate malware, malicious code, phishing, spam, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization.
- Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or circumvent security, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
- Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that materially exceeds ordinary product use or violates an applicable third-party platform’s rules.
- Use the Service to exploit, harm, threaten, harass, or impersonate another person.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.
6. Third-Party Sites, Platforms, and Integrations
Sendlore may work with or link to third-party websites, APIs, social networks, video platforms, authentication providers, AI providers, hosting services, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, and technical rules.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, security, policies, or changes. A third-party platform may restrict access, revoke permissions, change an API, remove content, or alter how its data may be used. Those changes can affect Sendlore features without advance notice from us.
You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to any third-party service you connect to or content you save from that service.
7. AI and Automated Processing
Sendlore may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to help summarize content, extract text, generate tags, identify topics, organize saves, detect related or duplicate items, answer questions, or provide other research and retrieval features.
AI-generated or automatically extracted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should independently verify important information before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
You remain responsible for how you use AI-generated output and for ensuring that content you submit may lawfully be processed.
8. Nero Niche and Sendlore Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, interface, documentation, and original content created by us, is owned by or licensed to Nero Niche and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Sendlore, Nero Niche, or any related intellectual property.
9. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve, develop, or market our products and services. This does not give us ownership of Your Content.
10. Paid Features and Billing
If we offer paid plans, subscriptions, add-ons, or other purchases, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation options, and any additional terms will be disclosed before purchase. Taxes may apply where required by law.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store complete payment-card information unless expressly stated otherwise. Refund rights, if any, are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
11. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features
We work to keep Sendlore available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an evolving basis. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, internet issues, security events, or product changes may temporarily affect access.
Experimental, beta, preview, or early-access features may be changed or removed and may contain errors. Do not rely on those features for data that you cannot replace or independently back up.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Where account-deletion tools are available, you may use them; otherwise, you may request deletion by contacting [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the Service, fail to pay amounts lawfully due for paid features, or if continuing to provide the Service is no longer reasonably possible.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions—will continue to apply.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that saved, extracted, summarized, indexed, or AI-generated information will always be complete or accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nero Niche and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nero Niche and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or Your Content when the claim results from your conduct or content.
16. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the material, understand the claimed right, and contact you about the request.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, our practices, or applicable requirements change. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
18. Governing Terms and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to make a good-faith effort to contact us at [email protected] so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
19. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent where consent is legally permitted to be required. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
