Sendlore helps users save, organize, and analyze social media posts, videos, images, links, notes, and related content that they choose to submit to the app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

By using Sendlore, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Login method

  • User ID

  • Authentication information

  • Account settings

  • Subscription or billing status, if payments are enabled

If you sign in using a third-party provider such as Google, we may receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile identifier.

Content You Submit

Sendlore collects the content you choose to save, upload, paste, email, or capture through the app. This may include:

You control what content you submit to Sendlore.

If you choose to connect third-party services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Google, Meta/Facebook, or other supported platforms, we may collect information authorized through those services, including:

  • Account username or handle

  • Account ID

  • Public profile information

  • Connected account status

  • Access tokens or refresh tokens

  • Token expiration dates

  • Permission scopes granted

  • Public or authorized content metadata

  • Content you intentionally save or request Sendlore to process

Sendlore only accesses connected account data after you authorize the connection.

Usage and Device Information

  • Referring URLs

  • Error logs

  • Approximate location based on IP address

Chrome Extension Data

If you install the Sendlore Chrome extension, the extension may collect information from pages where you intentionally use it to save content. This may include:

  • Current page URL

  • Selected text

  • Visible post text

  • Image or video metadata

  • Page metadata

  • Screenshot or preview data, if supported

  • Time of capture

The extension is designed to support user-initiated capture. It is not intended to monitor all browsing activity or collect content from pages where you do not use Sendlore.


2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Authenticate users

  • Save content you submit

  • Extract useful information from submitted content

  • Generate summaries, notes, tags, and organization structures

  • Detect duplicate or related content

  • Provide search and filtering features

  • Connect authorized third-party accounts

  • Process pasted URLs and uploaded media

  • Improve app reliability and performance

  • Debug errors

  • Protect against abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access

  • Respond to support requests

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Enforce our terms and policies

We do not use your private saved content to sell advertising.


3. Social Media and Third-Party Platform Data

Sendlore may integrate with third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Google, Meta/Facebook, and other services.

When you connect a third-party account, that platform may ask you to approve specific permissions. Sendlore only receives data permitted by those permissions and by the third-party platform’s API rules.

Sendlore may use third-party platform data to:

  • Identify the connected account

  • Retrieve supported content metadata

  • Save content you intentionally submit

  • Improve organization of saved content

  • Display connected account status

  • Refresh authorized access when permitted

Sendlore does not use connected social account data to:

  • Post on your behalf unless you explicitly authorize a feature that does so

  • Like, comment, follow, message, or engage automatically

  • Sell your connected account data

  • Build public surveillance profiles

  • Replace the source platform’s feed

  • Access private content without authorization

Third-party platforms have their own privacy policies and terms. Your use of those services remains subject to their policies.


4. Google API and YouTube Data

If Sendlore uses Google APIs, including YouTube APIs, Sendlore’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google or YouTube data only to provide or improve user-facing Sendlore features that are visible in the app, such as connecting an account, saving content, retrieving authorized metadata, and organizing saved items.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated third-party data products.

You may disconnect Google or YouTube access at any time through Sendlore’s connected account settings, if available, or through your Google account permissions page.


5. Artificial Intelligence and Content Processing

Sendlore may use automated systems, including AI models, to process content you submit. These systems may help:

  • Summarize saved content

  • Extract key points

  • Generate tags

  • Identify topics

  • Remove duplicates

  • Organize related notes

  • Create searchable text from media or webpages

Only submit content you have the right to save and process. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary.

We do not claim ownership over content you submit. You remain responsible for the content you save and how you use it.


6. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Sendlore, including providers for:

  • Hosting

  • Authentication

  • Database storage

  • Analytics

  • Error monitoring

  • Email delivery

  • Payment processing

  • AI processing

  • Security

  • Customer support

These providers are allowed to use information only as needed to provide services to Sendlore.

After deletion, some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or archival systems where deletion is not immediately possible.


10. Your Choices and Rights

11. Disconnecting Third-Party Accounts

You may disconnect connected accounts through Sendlore settings, if available.

Disconnecting an account stops future access from that provider but may not automatically delete content you already saved in Sendlore. You can delete saved content separately from your Sendlore account.

You may also revoke access directly from the third-party platform, such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, or another provider.


12. Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your Sendlore account or data:

  1. Email us at neronicheteam@gmail.com.

  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”

  3. Include the email address associated with your Sendlore account.

  4. Specify whether you want your account deleted, saved content deleted, or a connected account disconnected.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.

For Meta/Facebook/Instagram app review, this section may serve as the user data deletion instructions page unless a separate deletion page is created.


13. Children’s Privacy

Sendlore is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.


14. International Users

Sendlore may process information in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Sendlore, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries different from your own.


15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by posting the updated policy in the app, updating the effective date, or sending notice by email.

Your continued use of Sendlore after the updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
