Welcome to Nero Niche! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website or our services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Client” refers to any individual or entity that engages Nero Niche for website development or related services.
  • “Nero Niche, ” “we, ” “us, ” or “our” refers to the website development company.
  • “Services” refers to the website development, hosting, and maintenance services provided by Nero Niche.
  • “Delivery” refers to the point when the draft website is ready in staging, and the client has the staging link and WordPress admin access.

2. Services Provided

Nero Niche specializes in building mobile-first WordPress websites for small local home service businesses in the DMV (DC/MD/VA) area. Our core offering includes:

  • Website Build: A conversion-focused WordPress site designed to make it easy for customers to call, text, or submit a form, with trust elements (service areas, reviews/testimonials, licensed/insured messaging when provided).
  • Up to 5 pages: Home, Services (generic), About, Contact + 1 optional page (Reviews OR additional service page OR Blog shell/no posts).
  • Mobile optimization and a single primary Call-To-Action (CTA).
  • Copy and images included (client photos optional; otherwise stock). Copy is AI-assisted from intake responses, then reviewed by Nero Niche and the client prior to launch.
  • SEO baseline hygiene only (no promises): unique page titles/meta descriptions, minor heading cleanup, sitemap submission / Search Console connection if included at launch.

3. Payment Terms

The price for our Website Build service is $500, payable upfront via Stripe. For the optional Hosting + Care Plan, the price is $50/month, billed via Stripe autopay. You can cancel the Hosting + Care Plan at any time.

4. Refund Policy

The Website Build service fee is refundable only if the client cancels before Delivery. Once Delivery has occurred, the fee is non-refundable. Please note that refunds may be net of Stripe fees.

5. Delivery

Delivery occurs when the staging site is draft-ready, the client has the staging link, has WordPress admin access/credentials, and has been notified that the draft is ready for review.

6. Revisions and Approvals

We offer two rounds of revisions. Round 1 allows for larger style/layout changes within template boundaries. Round 2 is for minor updates. All feedback must be consolidated into one email per round. Launch requires written approval (“Approved to launch”). “Template boundaries” means changes using existing components without new pages/custom development/complex new UI.

7. Hosting and Care Plan

Our optional Hosting + Care Plan includes:

  • Hosting via 10Web (Google Cloud infrastructure per 10Web).
  • Plugin/theme/security updates as supported by 10Web and the approved stack.
  • Best-effort troubleshooting/restoration (no uptime guarantees).
  • Monthly minor changes without stating hours: client submits one consolidated change request per month. Examples: small copy edits, image swaps, contact info/hours/service area updates, add/update a testimonial, small tweaks to existing sections/pages.

8. Exclusions

The following are excluded from our services:

  • No keyword research strategy/SEO roadmap, no local SEO programs (GBP/citations/link building), no blog content creation at build.
  • No measurable performance guarantees (rankings/leads).
  • No advanced integrations (CRM/automations/booking engines) unless separately quoted.
  • New pages, major redesigns, new funnels, SEO campaigns, premium plugin subscriptions (client pays), emergency same-day guarantees, advanced integrations/custom development are excluded from the Hosting + Care Plan.

9. Cancellation of Hosting + Care Plan

You may cancel the Hosting + Care Plan at any time. Service continues through the paid billing period. Offboarding begins at cancellation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and other materials on this website are the property of Nero Niche and are protected by copyright laws. Clients retain ownership of the content they provide for their websites.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nero Niche will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. We do not promise rankings, leads, or performance outcomes.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nero Niche is located.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Nero Niche reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify clients of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on our website.
