At Nero Niche, we are committed to delivering high-quality websites for local service companies. Please review the following terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for our digital services.
Payment Terms
All website orders require a $500 payment upfront. This payment is treated as a refundable deposit during the build phase and secures your spot in our project queue.
Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.
If you cancel before the website has been finalized and approved, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on how much work has been completed.
Once you approve the website and it is launched, the full $500 is considered earned, and no refunds will be issued.
If Nero Niche is unable to deliver your project for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Website Review and Approval
You will have the opportunity to review and approve your website before it is made live. Upon approval, you will receive access to the WordPress backend.
Final delivery marks the completion of the service.
Maintenance Plan Terms
Clients may opt into our $50/month maintenance plan, which includes:
- Google Cloud hosting
- Minor content or image edits (1 round/month)
- Plugin and theme updates
- Security and uptime monitoring
- Support with 48-hour turnaround
This plan is a 12-month agreement billed monthly. It is non-refundable once initiated.
Domain Access
We can purchase a domain through GoDaddy on your behalf, or use a domain you already own. If you manage your own domain or hosting, you must provide access credentials before delivery.
